Any tennis ball can become an efficient tool to self-massage if used correctly. They take the shape of Thea réal you massage and might feel more comfortable than harder material balls. They are generally quite cheap to buy and you may already have one somewhere at home.

Use the foam roller for the larger muscles, such as in the legs. You can also use it to relax your back muscles.

This tool is recommended when you feel your skin is tight, when you have a sore muscle and/or reduced mobility.
